How Hard Would It Be

Hmph. I really need to work harder at hitting the balance between plot and humor. There's no joke in here. Or if there is, I entirely missed it. Maybe it's hiding in the hilarious comic timing or something. Or it's as absent as Dido.

Oh well. There's a mildly interesting story behind the vortex in all three panels: I copied it from strip the twenty-first, because the one I used in A Taste Of and Yikes is cut off on the upper right corner. For a while I was worried I'd have to draw the vortex again, which is a problem only if you like it when you can exactly copy material you used before. Somehow the idea of having three different versions of the same vortex floating around bothers me.

Anyway. This thread isn't really going anywhere good. I know this, because I already finished the next comic. I'm sort of pissed about it. Tune in next whenever when I come up with some better ideas for comics. Until then, give my regards to Greg Dean.
