Jam on a Crumpet

Here we have the beginnings of what should, if I get my way, be a rather lengthy arc. I can't exactly call it a plot arc, per se, just kind of a general-purpose arc of things. The comics will go from one to the next, but I can't see them telling much of what you'd call a story.

So this is what you get when you leave me with no one to talk to for a week. Is this what you really want? Is it?!?
